Good price for a very decent room with twin beds. Had a fan and separate bathroom. Small communal kitchen in outside hallway close-by for basics - tea/coffee (gratis) fridge and microwave plus plates/utensils. Very quiet (for party-Lisbon anyway) - I had a room at the back. Decent location - looks a bit rough at first glance, but normal safety precaution suffice. Reasonable walking distance to central Lisbon - no big hills to get back ‘home’. The owner was very helpful.
