Although the area was a little rundown, we were delighted by the friendliness of everyone in the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts at "Coppelia" every morning, just a few minutes walk away. The metro station was very close. Beware the stairs up to our apartment were practically vertical. Our hostess was quick to answer any queries.

A nice 1 bedroom with a kitchen and washing machine. The location was walkable to major local sites and transit to more distant places (Sintra, Cascais). There is a steep bit of hill to walk to the entrance and then narrow steep stairs - we didn't find it too difficult but some folks might.

The location is good. It is near the bus stop and metro station that can access to Rossio Station conveniently.
