In this sense, there are some rooms with exclusive access by stairs on each floor. However, there is a lift to the bedroom floors. We had a very bad food poisoning from a sushi place during our check-out with my partner - every member of the hotel staff was exceptionally understanding and they let us stay in the room a few extra hours + supported us at the lounge area even after that until we were good to go. Much appreciated

Greate hotel for travellers, clean and safe. Two Metro stations from Lisbon city center, within easy reach to all touristic attractions. Few steps from Metro station, there are 2 Minimarkets nearby. Good shower. Everything is in good shape.
