The location of the accomodation was amazing. Right in the middle of the city. The staff was also very friendly, with 24h service. However, the accomodation is very noisy. I could hear other people in their room snoring. Furthermore, the room was very dark without any direct light. The overall finishing touches, the curtains not hanging in place, the bathroom not properly sealed, poorly maintained, may need some extra attention.

The staff were very nice and so was the breakfast. Given that the room was not cheap, I was disappointed that I had to leave after one night due to the following issues: There was an ancient water feature in the room with water trickling into a stone gutter which was pretty and there was perspex around it, but the gaps in this Perspex seemed to create a pathway for mosquitoes to get into the room, which they did as I had no windows open. All night they were buzzing around. I’d kill one and then another would arrive. In the morning I had been bitten all over and had had no relaxation; Also there was no natural light in the room because the window faced the walls outside, so it was very dark. I think that this should be stated at the time of booking, otherwise the advertisement picture is misleading.The bed had two horrible lumpy pillows; there was a kitchen hob but with no pans/cooking utensils; there was a sink with a loose tap that was difficult to turn on and shot water everywhere when it was finally turned on. There were no cloths to wipe down the surface and no tea-towels; there was a very dreary light in the bathroom; and the shower ran cold fairly quickly too. I wouldn’t recommend this place unfortunately

The location of Arsenal Studios is perfect for outings everywhere in the city. We had very pleasant walks in many directions, metro, buses and tram were also v easily available nearby.

It was a lovely stay. The staff is excellent very friendly and accommodating. They helped us with the luggage and were kind enough to let us store them for two days. Special thanks to Patricia she’s amazing!

Very good location close to buses. The bus system is brilliant. Also. lots of eating places. Big, comfortable room with electric kettle for tea making which is a bonus. Reception staff were welcoming and competent. 24 hour front desk. I really enjoyed staying here.

The location was good for us, in so much it was at the bottom of the city on the flat, close to bars and restaurants, which is where we wanted to be.

Perfect location. Very close to all the needed transports. 200 meter from iconic tram 28 stop. 100 meter from Augusta. Very close to bus,tram and train to Jeronymo's monastery and Bellem tower. All the main tourists attractions are within radius on foot. Spacious room with big bathroom. The service was excellent and all the people working there were more than happy to help us with our staying.

Room size and bathroom very good. Had everything we needed. The location is just perfect, less than 5 minute walk to the main square.

The hotel is really close to the city centre, well connected with trains and buses. They have an elevator so it's easy to reach all the levels. The staff is always around the reception so you can ask them anything. The room was big and they were always cleaning it and asking us if we need anything changed.
