The fine print
Special cleaning procedures are implemented according to local legislation requirements to reassure the safety of our guests. The apartment shall be made available to the guests duly clean. The guests commit to leaving the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food in the apartment.There will not be additional cleaning service nor change of bed linens or towels included in the rates during the stay. For additional cleaning service during the stay, the guest will have to request it upon the booking confirmation or during the stay directly from the hosts. Extra cleaning (same as cleaning fee) fee will be charged accordingly.Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure.Additional towel changes are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 10 per towel set.Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for late check-in from 20:00 to 21:00.A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for late check-in from 21:00 to 22:00.Please note that check-in after 22:00 is unavailable at this property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The apartment was fantastic! It has everything we needed and more and was finished to a really high standard. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything you’d need, and public transport. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
