Everything was excellent. I appreciated that they gave us the room we preferred. The staff were welcoming and polite. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was comfortable and the balcony had a view of Rossio Square.

Really fantastic location, staff were excellent and super helpful. Rooms not large but quite adequate - very clean and a great feel and vibe in hotel public areas.

Place of the hotel - perfect, just in the middle of the centre. Breakfast - wonderful, especially granola with yogurt (beside possibility to get made for you omlet, fried egg or pan cakes). Welcome drink in the restaurant - we've tried porto, that was delicious. Cleaness of the room.
