It was a wonderful stay. The best part is that they accomodated and dealt with a family with little kids really well. I would like to name Ms Maria the lady I ramdomly walked to asking for help - really really obliged and the lady manager in the the morning and the lady incharge at the conceirge, and the gentlmen from the conceirge team at the main entrance, Annebela at reservation, Gonzales at the fron desk, the lady who checked us out, were all just so nice and helpful, that made our stay truly pleasant. The location is brilliant, close to everything. We had an excellent stay. True 5 star experience

Phenomenal staff, great location, nice quiet rooms with super comfortable beds. Superb attention to detail by the IHG team onsite and best of all, they do it all with a smile!
