Receptionist was super friendly and helpful, very welcoming to everyone. Room was comfortable and clean and serviced every day with fresh towels after 2 days. I initially felt that it was a good distance away from the city centre but once we got used of the metro and bus it was no problem. Breakfast in cafe downstairs was great and reasonably priced with fab rooftop bar in hotel next door. Supermarket nearby also has cafe for cheaper options.

Spacious and comfortable room. Nice street with lots of reasonably priced restaurants and a shop next door. Good connections with the centre. Friendly receptionist.

Staying at Hygge House was an excellent experience! The service team was wonderful, and the location couldn’t be better—just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. We’re quite particular about cleanliness, and Hygge House exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, cosy, and spacious, with plenty of room for two people and two large suitcases. A special shoutout to the receptionist who patiently helped us check for alternative modes of transport to our next city when the intercity trains were disrupted due to a strike. We also had breakfast at Hygge Kaffe, and the food was delicious. Overall, we loved everything about our stay and would rate it a 10/10. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we visit Lisbon!

Thank you for a wonderful break in Lisbon! Hygge House is in a great location, beautifully clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was huge and set us up perfectly for our days exploring the city. The stand out feature was the customer service - so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much and we will definitely recommend.
