The Hotel is in a really good position by two separate squares and the main pedestrianised route to the square at the waterfront in the Rossio area so loads of restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was a good size and really comfortable. The double bed was huge and the room also had a sofa which was a good size too. The bathroom was clean and and had a decent shower plus good lighting and a make-up mirror. The staff were lovely, very helpful and happy to answer any questions.

The room service was good, but WiFi was so bad, that cause us not convenient when we stayed the hotel.

Fabulous hotel with great staff, perfect location, everything was in walking distance. The free port and free minibar were nice touches. The bed was so comfortable and there was no noise disturbance.
