Very attentive staff service, with lots if ideas for tours, but also good tips for going it alone. Surprised with champagne and pastel de nata on my birthday! A really nice touch. Hotel was just a couple blocks off the main tourist areas, which was a great location. We walked everywhere.

Great location, so close to the main stations for going to Belem and Sintra. Easy to walk everywhere. Quiet part of city with lots of nice eating places nearby. Friendly, helpful staff, nice breakfast and everything we needed in a comfortable room with balcony. Comfortable bed and good shower. Would recommend.

I like the central position in the city centre, the staff was really nice and also the building/infrastructures, rooms look nice and new.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially due to the excellent service provided by the receptionist Inês, who was extremely attentive and offered us great tips about Lisbon and its surroundings.
