The agreed for me to checkin early and ensured the room was clean and readily avaialble, That really made me happy as i had travelled for hours from South Africa to arrive in Portugal.

Location was fine for my purpose (Instituto Technico), felt fair for the touristy parts (metro connection OK for some places, so-so for others). Room was small but functional.

The proximity to the red Metro was great but the station has umpteen exits so getting lost when you return is likely! The breakfast is great and the portugese tarts amazing. They catered for my wife’s gluten free needs very well.
