I would like to thank the staff for being so welcoming especially Anna who gave us tips of the City as an insider ! Always carrying a smile and good conversation. The hotel has a good energy, we feel at home ! And I loved the breakfast, thank you I’ll come back for sure !

The front desk staff were exceptional in going beyond to help us with the tickets for our onward airline journey and afternoon staff put directions on my phone to an excellent near by restaurant, all the while being very careful with our privacy issues and asking for permission before doing anything. We felt very reassured and respected.
