I have to say this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, the bed was massive and every single day the housekeeping made our room as tidy as it was on the first day, the AC was great considering how hot it was outside and the location is perfect. A quick tip the staff gave us if you want to refill your flasks with ice there’s a free ice machine on the 6th floor. We didn’t use the garage but we asked reception for instructions and they gave a print out with a picture and address so it was very clear. I truly have no complaints, we will definitely recommend to anyone and return at some point!

The hotel was immaculate, the room was very comfortable and your necessities like water were replaced daily along with towels and beds made.

Rooftop bar was lovely with great views. Hotel gave us complimentary wine and a surprise cake on my birthday, which was really nice.

It was a wonderful hotel and had a great stay, staff are very welcoming and hospitable. Would definitely be returning here next time I am in Lisbon.
