We stayed in a twin bed apartment. The beds were very comfortable and good quality. The rooms were quiet with good soundproofing. The walls of the building are very thick. It's a solid building. We really liked our apartment. We thought it was superbly located. The apartment is thirty seconds walk from the famous A Brasilieira coffee shop and also the stop for the popular Tram 28e. We thought it was well located for what we wanted to do in the Chiado, and steps away from Barrio Alto. There is a tuk tuk stand on the street if you want to grab one for a tour of lisbon. An excellent way to see the city. One of our favorite features of the room were the two balconies... They're small, but they give a nice view of the street. The apartments apparently have parking.However, you need to book in advance, and we knew we did not have a spot on the day we arrived. Honestly, that was great because instead we booked a spot in a nice tele park underground lot in camp ourique.... which itself is a cool neighborhood. Super cheap and safe parking, and a nine euro Uber to the apartment. Driving in lisbon is to be avoided except for the most talented and patient. Drivers seem to be good natured though. On the whole we loved the apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful, and checking in was easy. And it's easy to get transport to and from the apartment....tuk tuk Uber taxi...walking... There's also a great gelato place across the street... And everything seemed within a short stroll... If we were to return, we'd stay there again...
