The fine print
It is possible to book a maximum of 4 bicycles. The daily per bike rate is 8 EUR. A deposit of 80 EUR per bike will be requested. The deposit will be returned if there are no damages to the bicycle. The payment of the total amount is requested, at check-in, in cash. The credit card details are only to guarantee the reservation and assure payment in case of late cancellation or no-show.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. This property is extremely close to Oriente station and the Altice Arena. The views from the lounge over the Tagus river are fabulous. The property is nicely decorated and Sergio was a friendly and responsive host.

A spacious, large apartment that easily accommodates 5 people, in three separate bedrooms. The building is not new, which can be seen in the style of furniture and the condition of some elements of the equipment. In favor of the building, however, is cleanliness and the great location, close to the subway / train station, a large shopping center and the main tourist attraction of this district, i.e. Parque das Nações, along with the oceanarium, which is definitely worth visiting. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment, including a dishwasher and washing machine. In addition, in the underground garage in the building, you can use for a fee the garage space, which what is important for traveling families, has a well arranged elevator connection with apartment. It should also be emphasized that the contact with the person responsible for the apartment was very good.
