The staff were very welcoming, helpful and always greeted you with a genuine smile and really made the stay feel special with personal and leaflet recommendations. They also provided a free welcome drink and a personalised departure letter. The taxi company they have partnered with were also very patient, very professional and consistent with communication including clear advice on navigating the airport. The breakfast was lovely and very filling as it had a wide range of different food options that they alternate between and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel was also in an excellent location and was well connected to the city transport links as we were only 10 minutes away from both the train that took us to our day trip from Lisbon to Cascais as well as the trams to both sides of the city( Belem and Alfama) We were also in walking distance to many bars and food spots such as the time out market and a rooftop bar called Java

A fantastic, stylish boutique hotel in a very central location in Lisbon. The design is beautiful and creates a really special atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. There are various great bars and restaurants just around the corner, which made the location perfect for exploring the city. 100% recommendation – we would definitely stay here again!
