Close to all places you like to visit. The room and bathrooms are clean including the shared spaces.

The room is sufficient for those who want to explore the city and have a place to rest. It's small, but for me it was the right size. It might be complicated for those traveling with a large suitcase. On my first night I felt a little cold, as there was no heater, but I requested one in the morning and it was promptly provided. The common areas are clean and well-maintained. For those looking to enjoy Lisbon's nightlife, it's the perfect place; it's on a street with intense nighttime activity. Therefore, of course, there is quite a bit of noise, but the two glass doors on the balcony block out so much sound that it didn't bother me at all (I brought earplugs and didn't even need to use them). The location is a 10-minute walk from the metro station and also from Rossio station, allowing me to do practically everything I wanted in the city on foot. They also allowed me to leave my bag after I checked out, which was a great help.

Very good location: 5 mins walk from Baixa-Chiado underground station, and near supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Safe area- a little bit noisy at night until about 1am but as you're on the third floor, you don't hear it very much. Cheap and good value for money. Excellent communications with the staff via WhatsApp.
