We arrived around 9 p.m. on the evening of our check-in, and JP from Guest Relations was already waiting for us at the entrance. He was incredibly patient and friendly, helped us with the check-in process, and gave us a thorough introduction to the apartment and its facilities. Later, he thoughtfully sent us helpful information about nearby supermarkets, attractions, and restaurants, which made exploring the area much easier. The apartment welcomed us with fresh fruit and bottled water — such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The facilities were excellent and exceeded our expectations, making our stay very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the Chiado district, with a metro station and the iconic No. 28 yellow tram just outside the door. My family and I had a fantastic experience staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon!

The host was exceptional—very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was extremely modern, spotless, and in a great central location. We especially enjoyed the spacious bathroom. A very comfortable and pleasant stay!
