The staff were amazing. Super attentive and kind. The location is perfect. The breakfast, though reasonably simple, was great. The room itself, though small, was full of lovely touches and used the space well.

Number one has to be the staff. The friendliest reception staff I have come across in many years especially Isabel and Rya. Comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom. The most central part of Lisbon with numerous restaurants and bars around the corner. 5 minute walk from the Metro stop.

The room was lovely, bed very comfee and shower was lovely. The room had a fridge and kettle which was great. There was water in the room which was great. Breakfast was nice, different types of eggs and cold meats and cheese. Freshly squeezed orange juice each morning and the milk was kept lovely and cold.

We really liked the hotel. The location is perfect. The building is historic and doesn't have an elevator, but the stairs are short and not too high, making it easy to climb. The rooms are minimalist; we didn't have a lot of luggage, so there was plenty of space for everything. The room was clean, odor-free, and cleaned daily. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river; it's small, but plenty large enough for a morning coffee. Thanks to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay!
