The property is located on the 2 floor in a building with no elevator.Please note that the property is accessed via 36 steps.Please note that our check-in process is entirely online.
We do not have a reception on site, so it is mandatory to have a telephone number and/or WhatsApp to send the electronic key after completing the online check-in.It is prohibited to receive visitors. For extra visits we charge a fee of 70 euros per night per visit.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

I loved the location in the Graca area . It had a real nice local feel . Chilled . The little balcony was great and very quiet at night.

Location of the guest house is on the Beaty spot Near tram, bus stop Balcony with wonderful view Good communication via wats up, replied on all my questions I’ve stayed for 5 night, at night was calm. I don’t here my neighbors When balcony door was closed, also was calm

A lovely place to stay especially for a solo traveler. I felt safe and warm and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend and I will be definitely coming back again.
