Fantastic central location in Lisbon, but on a quiet pedestrian street. Very comfortably spacious rooms, beautifully appointed. Nesspresso, tea, fridge and water in rooms, all free. Very friendly staff, helped with directions and suggestions. Lobby very nice and could relax there. Food very good and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I loved the location of the hotel, the bedrooms were beautiful with everything that you needed and a huge mention to the staff who were exceptional. We were greeted by Alfonso, on reception, who was so welcoming and helpful. On approaching Lisbon city centre, there were road closures due to various events taking place in the city and it was very difficult to navigate our way to the hotel. When we eventually arrived at our hotel Alfonso, who was on reception, was so kind and helpful as we both were a little stressed at navigating the city. He informed us of all the hotel benefits and offered us a welcome drink at the bar. The reception and bar area were very nicely decorated.
