The location is excellent and the staff did everything possible to make sure our stay was comfortable. We found the room very warm despite being winter but the manager had an air conditioning unit delivered to our room!

Front desk staff were phenomenal - always helpful and friendly. During two mornings of our 3-day stay, they had “breakfast boxes” done up for us because we had to leave the hotel (to go on side-trips) prior to the breakfast room opening. This involved four breakfast boxes on two days (as there were four of us). When we asked for information, they would even go out into the street to give us directions. They all could not have been nicer or more helpful. Another lovely thing was they brought up a lovely cake to welcome us back as we had stayed there two years ago! The rooms, the lobby, and hallways were all clean, comfortable, and impeccable.

Great location, extremely polite and friendly staff, superior service, and excellent cleanliness. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, making the stay very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The atmosphere is cozy, and the attention to detail is impressive.
