Very good location, close enough to the city centre but still a quiet area. Was upgraded to a lovely room. Very helpful staff. And while I am on the subject of staff. Soraia (I hope I have her name right, deserves a special mention) in reception dealt with a gentleman from the far east in an extremely professional manner under extreme duress having been actually called a racist by the guest during the course of his illogical rant while checking in.

I stayed with my family in a three bedroom suite. The queen sized bed was really big (could fit 2 children and a grown up) and comfortable. The room was also very spacious. The bathroom and separate restroom was nice. The location was also really good. It was close enough to walk to the centre but far enough from the busy streets. We could use the swimmingpool everyday with no charge even though we made last minute reservations. Staff was lovely and very nice. Always wanting to help. There are many delicious restaurants in the neighbourhood. I highly recommend this hotel!
