The remaining 50% of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival.A surcharge of €10 applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 10pm until 12am and €20 after 12am. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Late check-out is available until 14:00h at an extra fee of EUR 10.All requests for late arrival and late check out are subject to confirmation by the property.Please inform the property if you plan to arrive after 22:00 .The property does not garantee any check in after 22h/10pm that as not been schedule previously, or if there was no contact before that.The apartment is undergoing maintenance work, so some common areas may be closed for a few hours. We apologize for the inconvenience we may cause.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location and room was very good but it was very hot evening I could not sleep. The room Was okay other than that!

Close to the airport & in a nice neighbourhood. There are lots of cafes & restaurants. Also, there's a big market across the road, a couple of supermarkets nearby & a large recreation area. The kitchen & dining areas for the rooms are handy. The ensuite was nice. I enjoyed having my own bathroom.

The location in Alvalade is very convenient. Close to the airport, lots of restaurant options nearby. Room was clean, shared bathroom was very basic and mirror was broken.

Close to the airport, metro and the bus stop is infront of the rental place. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. Mercado is across the street. Grocery is 5 minutes walk if you need to buy drinking water and wine.
