The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was a short walk from the main shopping and restaurant areas of Lisbon. Nice gesture of free drink and snack in the bar.

The staff were extremely friendly be it the reception, the breakfast restaurant, gym area, room service or cleaning persons. We had a feeling of more personal attention than in the large international hotel chains of the same level. The suite was wonderful, large (55 m2), well equipped (incl useful things like iron) and all in all in very good shape. The hotel left us nice give aways throughout the stay (pastries, chocolate, port wine, bubbles, berries etc) and cleaning was well taken care of as well. I liked the 24/7 gym and the pool/sauna/jacuzzi area. The quality was high and choice broad at breakfast. The location next to two museums and the main street (Ave de Libertad) was pleasant as well.
