The customer service was excellent, very kind and accommodating staff. Everything was clean and the location was very walkable to the metro and down to the city center.

Value for money, mostly. For that amount, these days in Lisbon one usually gets a bunk bed in the 8 bed dormitory. Like this, it was a single room, my private space with two nice shared bathrooms. Cleaner than my own home during some days. Nice place to stay. Good job by the owner(s).
