Great location, although bins at the top of pathway could put people off. Likes layout of apartment, bedrooms separated by bathroom. Kitchen well equipped and all very clean. New year Fizz, chocolates and present of a diary left which was a lovely touch.

The team facilitated a late check in (for the pre stated fee) but check in was really easy and informative. Beds were made up ready (including the sofabed) and both were really comfy. Mini toiletries were handy as was tea and coffee. I like that there were enough plates and cutlery to not have to wash up constantly. Beautiful apartment, lovely balconies, and right in alfama - on the 28 tram route.
