one of the best 5 star hotels I've been to. everything is superlative. the spa which is located on the top floor is a dream, with mountain views from every window you look at, very attentive and prompt staff, we celebrated our wedding anniversary and a birthday, they gave us a branci as a gift plus half an hour of massage😘❤️. we will definitely visit this hotel again when we have the chance

Only dislike which was minor was the lighting in the bedroom, automatic lights when getting up & hard to figure out how to turn them off again.

Massive room, beautifully designed. Very fancy features (Japanese style toilet, automated curtains, ability to choose the pillow style). Tasty and varied buffet style breakfast and dinner. Very convenient to buy the ski pass from the hotel (€30 day/person). Right next to the slopes (5 min walk to ski lift). Great, spacious ski room to store your gear. Common areas are beautiful and very well kept. We also tried the a la carte restaurant for lunch and was also great. The Spa is to die for and so is the gym. Great, spacious facilities. Adults-only quiet area with saunas, steam rooms, salt rooms and cold plunges. Outdoor pool and great kids area. Fantastic gym. 10/10 recommend.

It's a great hotel, probably the best in the region, and deserves 5-star status thanks to its management and staff. Excellent breakfasts and dinners, with a wide range of dishes. Very good spa, great view. The ski hire is impeccable. The difference between quality and price is in line with expectations. I wish to keep moving forward.

Amazing spa and pool area with most beautiful view. Spacious rooms with huge bed. Perfect place for family’s or couples with many play rooms. Great customer service and food. Plus perfect location, next to slope with separate downstairs room to leave your own ski or to borrow. Loved every minute of it and I would definitely come back and recommend it!!!

2nd time there, near to the slopes ( 200-250m from ski room). 4 lines for bowling, biliard and poker tables, cinema.good price for ski pass at reception ( 44€ instead of 69€/day) Spa is impressive and with a nice view over the slopes/Chopok

The location on the slopes, the fantastic swimming pool(s), health center and gym. Most of the products from the self service restaurant was of good quality and in quantity. The common aeras comfortable and well equipped with pool tables, card, chess tables.
