Mihali himself came to the port to pick us ap and take us to the property. He showed us around and gave us the keys. Exceptional service, from a very friendly and genuine person. Nothing was too hard or too much for him. He was always friendly and happy to help. The room qas amazing and the view was perfection. My family and I cannot fault this place and absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful island of Lipsi. Close to Liendou beach, an easy 5 minute walk.

An ideal location right in the centre of the village, but with a balcony overlooking a quiet orchard. Our room was spotlessly clean with good air conditioning, fully adequate storage and very comfortable beds. Overall it was simple but had everything we needed including a good shower and bathroom, plus a small kitchen area and a good fridge. A small balcony was lovely in the late afternoon October sunshine. Michalis, the owner, was particularly welcoming; as we disembarked from our ferry, we were surprised to hear our names called - he’d arrived to give us a lift to the apartments (quarter of a mile along the village’s beautiful quayside). On our last day, he took our luggage back to the ferry (we opted to walk as it was so beautiful). Had we wished, he would also have given us a tour of the island. No meals are offered, but the island’s main bakery is next door and we enjoyed tasty breakfasts there every morning. For such a small island, Lipsi has a surprising number of good restaurants so we ate really well!

Michalis was wonderful, he picked us up from the port (only 250 metres away) and ensured we had everything for a comfortable stay. The apartment was basic, old fashioned but spotlessly clean. Thank you for sharing lovely stay.
