I loved that it was walking distance to town accessible from a little path, was so quick and easy. I also enjoyed the little private courtyard I had and also the shared rooftop balcony that had amazing views of the water. Sunrises were gorgeous from there.

All was magic. First, Nicole was really helpful and nice. Then, the appartment was very cosy and charming, the patio was absolutely wonderful, and the big terrace for all the residents of the villa was absolutely wonderful. Easy access to Lipari downtown, like 5 min walking, easy access to buses and transports to get around. Living without a car was great.

Lipari and Nicole's "Villa Sea Rose" was the highlight of our trip in Sicily, so far. Her adorable Villas, roof top terrace, our own outdoor undercover terrace and lounges, thoughtfully equipped kitchen, tasteful up to date decor, comfortable beds and bedding, hot powerful showers really impressed us. She arranged taxi's, helped with washing, nothing was too much to ask. Delightful easy going host ! Thoroughly recommend.
