Well working heating in cold start of march Quiet, clean, well maintained Good water pressure Fantastic host Carmelo I stayed for 1 night and enjoyed the troof terrace No smell of smoke Filtered water Attentiveness- GLASS bottle of water, kitchen faciliy on roof terrace. Friendly personal reception far earlier than official check-in. It was wonderful to get so much useful information in English. The room was lovely and so was the roof terrace with the little kitchen!

Perfect location just off the central street of Lipari and very convenient for taking the aliscafo to the other islands and to Sicily. The terrace is a delightful place to relax and enjoy the view. Very cordial welcome and service.
