The Bougainville hotel is a real gem. A beautiful property 10 minutes from the centre with fantastic views over Lipari and the sea. We were there in April and it was quiet, before the season rush. The staff were lovely and so kind, we felt like royalty. Would thoroughly recommend!

Lovely relaxing hotel. Nice location with views and good breakfast. Only a 10 minute walk down to the waterside then another 10 mins into the beautiful old town. Had our own little outdoor table setting for afternoon drinks or the pool area. Lovely friendly staff.

The staff was exceptional - special mention to Anna at the reception who coordinated really well for our luggage to be picked up fm the ferry dock while we went for our tour to Stromboli and cowthr? At the dinner/ breakfast place - she was competent and pleasant. Place is really picturesque with beautiful balconies/ terraces. Pity we couldn’t use the pool and hot tub

Staff were brilliant. Lovely setting gardens and pool. Breakfasts excellent. Dinner on one evening good. Rooms were good but see below.
