My case might be special as I stayed there specifically for Närcon. Due to its proximity, it's the best situated hotel-like establishment for the event. For the convenience of being close to the convention, I would stay there again, but for anything else, I'd probably get an actual hotel room. There is a sink in the room, which is very helpful since toilets and showers are separate and shared. The staff person I met was really nice and helpful! The nature and farm area around the place is pretty, and there's mini golf close by if you fancy a game.
