From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the warm and professional staff. The hotel impresses with its tasteful design, beautiful setting, and an atmosphere of calm elegance. The service was consistently attentive, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. What left a particularly strong impression was how the hotel handles guest feedback. After we shared our thoughts privately as part of an internal satisfaction survey, we were personally invited to discuss them in more detail.
