The flat is in a historic building overlooking Maximilian Strasse, Lindau's main street. It has large windows that look out onto the porch. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa, with wooden floor, low ceilings, impeccable, well furnished and, not to be taken for granted, nice lighting (I am very light conscious). The bathroom is modern and well appointed, the kitchen is in the corridor leading to the room but is perfectly functional. The owners greeted us with the keys and presented us with the flat, which included a welcome kit which was much appreciated.
