Clean, well stocked with breakfast provisions provided. Off street parking which was not apparent in the advert was a bonus

The host was very informative, helpful and friendly. It was very homely. The fridge had orange juice, water and fresh milk, there were cakes, coffee pods for the machine, coffee, tea, cereal, bread, jam, marmalade sweets in a jar plus chocolates left on the bed. The bed were very comfortable. We wished that we'd booked for longer. We will definitely return. The village is so beautiful and only about 10 minute drive from Lincoln city. It has a beautiful garden too.

We loved everything. Gorgeous accomodation and the extras were really appreciated. Coop next door, quaint pub across the road. 10mins into Lincoln centre. Had a brilliant time. Such a lovely little welcoming village with everything you need on the doorstep.
