Reliability factor. I enquired whether there were any rooms available for my dates, as it was not clear on the website. The host responded to my text immediately.

Room was very clean, Bed was comfy. Location to the historic part of the city very good. Plenty of parking within 10 mins walk. Will likely stay again.

Cornflakes ,milk ,jam bread.5mins you are in town . Lincoln cathedral ,found eating breakfast out exspensive £15 for breakfast then add on tea toast.
