Luxurious and spacious home for up to 16 people, walking distance from Lincoln centre. Very generously equipped and provisioned kitchen. Adaptable and helpful staff. Lots of parking. Very high quality overall.

The House is in a fantastic location, walkable distance into Lincoln centre, had spaces for atleast six cars and was very spacious, perfect for groups. We stayed here to celebrate a special birthday and Cheryl/Lee from The House Collective went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We arrived to a food hamper and they also gave complimentary late checkout which we were very grateful for after a late night! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and excellent communication from the owners from the start. The property is finished to a very high standard, has beautiful decor and is very well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

The property was stunning - even the beautiful photos don’t do it justice! We were welcomed with a lovely hamper filled of sweet and savoury treats too! The guide made it really easy to access everything we needed to in the house. The cleaning was done to an immaculate standard and the facilities were brilliant. The property is close to all amenities and overall we had a fantastic time. The hosts were extremely accommodating throughout both the booking process, leading up to our stay, during and after. Communication was fantastic and we hope to visit again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
