The fine print
The property is located off a narrow side street in the centre of historic Lincoln. It has four steps from the entrance hall to the accommodation, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.As well as the sofa bed in the lounge and a double bed in the bedroom ,there is a ladder in the bedroom which leads up to a small open-plan area that is suitable to accommodate 2 young children.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Fantastic location. It did take us a little of navigation to find as Google maps didn’t take us to the right place to begin with. But it didn’t take us long to get to the right place. The property parking was direct in front so super convenient when trying to unload our stuff. The property was super clean and comfortable.

Location and parking were perfect for us. Lincoln has a hill and it's much better living at the top. The accommodation was clean and modern, the kitchen was excellent. Patio was a sun-trap during the day despite it being only April. Sofas were classy and the heating worked a treat.
