Good location, only a 5 min walk to the Brayford from the accommodation. The room was comfy, clean and had everything we needed.

Comfy bed - Staff fantastic and couldn’t do enough - free parking permit for the duration - lots of food goodies.

I can't praise this place highly enough. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great - a 10 minute walk into central Lincoln. A car parking permit was given on arrival The room was cosy and quiet - no pub noise. The pub itself was great - showing live football and the locals all friendly.
