It is a room only basis which suits us. Just a short walk is Brayford wharf where there are eateries bars and a Wetherspoons (great for breakfast). Walk into Lincoln is a leisurely stroll where again there are no shortage of places to eat and drink and shop!! Great advantage to staying here is free on road parking with a permit which you collect with your room key. The bedroom and bathroom were clean with tea/coffee provided.

Friendly Staff, reasonably priced room and drinks, big bathroom with a great shower, comfortable bed and pillows. Well worth the money and I'll happily stay there again when I next visit Lincoln.

There is no breakfast option, but that's ok, because this is made clear at booking and there is a list of local providers close by. Bed is comfortable and the shower room is huge!
