Location by waterfront popular with local university students. Design of building in mainly contemporary setting. Ease of access to historic city centre.

The room was well appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location right on the waterfront by Lincoln's canal basin and a handy base for exploring the area.
