Great location for our needs. Roland and Louise were great hosts and the breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. Great bed, large and comfortable. Walking distance to the train station with easy access to Lincoln.

Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Lovely breakfast perfectly cooked. Good location and easy to get one of the regular trains to Lincoln. Hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The B &B was easy to find and well placed to get around. The room was well equipped and comfortable and the breakfast was good quality and delicious. Lincoln was a short drive away and Saxilby, although a small centre, had access to a supermarket, takeaways, pubs and walks along the canal. Roland and Louise were lovely hosts. If we are ever back in Lincoln we will be sure to stay here again.

Easy to find, good parking, very welcome reception. The room was comfortable and had good facilities. Breakfast was very good.
