Decorated so beautifully with everything we would need. The location was perfect and provided the perfect base to walk to everywhere we wanted to. The beds were comfortable and everything was lovely and clean. Stuart was great at communicating too.

What a stunning property, well proportioned, beautifully decorated, modern yet in keeping with the age of the property. Well equipped in the kitchen, etc. including good provisions for tea/coffee making. Super clean throughout. Our group was 2 couples, size and bedrooms were perfect to give us all enough space. This is a gem of a property and we were so lucky to come across it. Contact with Stuart was easy, and he was very accommodating with our early check in request. Amazing value for money as well, half the price of a hotel stay for a better experience. Will definitely book again if we return to Lincoln and will absolutely be recommending it to friends 🤩
