Les Allois is a fantastic place to stay. The atmosphere throughout is tranquil and relaxing, the house itself a beautiful old building with a wonderfully decorated interior full of interesting and surprising touches. The facilities are first class, spacious room, very comfortable bed, great shower/bath etc. Location - steps away from the Cathedral, perfect. Breakfast, excellent, had a wide and plentiful choice - sitting out under the covered shaded garden veranda. On top of all this, the personal welcome and attention to everyone's needs - given by the owner, made this an exceptional place. Thank you!

Stefano was an excellent host and the location is in the prettiest part of the city with a good choice of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. It's also perfectly situated for exploring the city. The property has been beautifully renovated, incorporating local themes into the decor of the guest rooms. Breakfast was excellent and Stefano's choices included many items of high quality local produce. We would definitely recommend Maison d'hote Les Allois and would return to this interesting and beautiful place.

Everything! The location was excellent - within walking distance of everything you'd want to visit, and with a perfect little square, with restaurants and bars, just a few metres away. The accommodation - so tastefully furnished and decorated. Exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious, and with obvious thought given to every detail. It couldn't be bettered in my opinion. The host - perfect hosting! Friendly, helpful, accommodating, thoughtful, but not overbearing.

Our first visit to Maison d’hôte Les Allois, and let me tell you, it was absolutely lovely! The house is stunningly beautiful, with architecture that’ll take your breath away. Stefano was so sweet and honoured my request to check into our room early. After an early morning flight, it was a lifesaver! The area around the hotel is simply breathtaking. It’s right next to the cathedral, and you absolutely must explore it. The gardens around the cathedral are so peaceful and serene. And if you’re looking for a few bars and restaurants, they’re just across from the house. We stayed in room Kaolin, and it was absolutely gorgeous. Stefano has an incredible eye for detail, and the room was cool and comfy, even in the hottest weather. There was a fan if we needed it, and the windows were brilliant, blocking out all the noise from outside. The bathroom was spacious and had a lovely large shower and two sinks. (By the way, the hair dryer in the bathroom was amazing and powerful, especially for the ladies.) One of the best things about the house is that you can feel like you’re staying in your own home. You have access to the shared kitchen, fridge, and lounge area, and there’s also a beautiful garden where we had breakfast every morning and spent some evenings sipping on a glass of wine. Stefano was an amazing host, always there to help us out and give us details about the areas and places to eat. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, it made our stay even more enjoyable. Walking into the centre of Limoges was just a 10-minute walk, and we had a blast exploring the city. We highly recommend a stay in Limoges and at Maison d’hôte Les Allois. You won’t be disappointed, trust us! A big thank you to Stefano for making our stay so lovely and enjoyable. We hope to return again soon!
