Location, which is easily walkable to the train station and the centre. Reception staff were great and the bar prices are very reasonable. Everywhere clean. Room aircon efficient.

The staff were welcoming as was the reception area. The spa was very good. Breakfast was fresh with a good choice. When our train was cancelled, we were allowed late checkout with no extra charge.

Excellent shower, comfortable bed, air conditioning that worked as it should, the ability to have breakfast on the premises, and pots of tea, even light suppers. Staff were very helpful, particularly a young man called Etienne.

Exceptionally clean and modern - room spacious with everything you needed. Staff very accommodating in particular Etienne (believe that was his name). Swimming pool was outstanding. Loved every minute of our stay.
