We loved the Marvina. A simple place, the ocean, swimming, a fresh fish restaurant within walking distance, lovely owners who defended their place against the fires in June 2025.

Very nice location. Altought all area suffered from huge forest fire this proprety survive and continues to work. Fire stoped few metars far from buildings. Very pleasent hosts. Nice view and few tavernas on the walking distance!

We really loved the peacefulness of the place, falling asleep to the sound of waves and birds, and being far from the chaos of the town center — it was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were clean, and the in-room kitchen had everything we needed. If you plan to buy kitchen supplies, you can use the Lidl and My Market located in the center. We actually chose this location on purpose, as it’s our fourth time in Chios and we didn’t want to spend time in popular or touristy areas. We prefer quiet, isolated places, and this one met our expectations perfectly. However, if you’re planning to spend time in the town center, keep in mind that it’s about a one-hour drive through the mountains — so having a car and experienced driver is definitely necessary.

Population at Northwest part of Chios is quite low. Many times we were the only people at the beach. The scene of the room was spectacular.The design of room is perfectly enough for family that has two kids. The kitchenware in the rooms are more than enough. The facility is close to beach just two hundred meters. You can have shoping from the markets located in the village (3km)
