Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and so clean, bed really comfortable. Pool was quiet in the morning. Breakfast was so nice, great selection of food

Location was great, could walk to the centre. Room nice and clean. No staff interaction as it was self check in which I had never encountered before. This would be good if there were a lot of staff busy but there were staff behind the desk chatting amongst themselves when we were checking in.
