In brief: 1) The host, Georgia. Incredibly helpful, knowledgable and friendly - and is really proud and passionate about the property. Gave us the history of the place, explained the area and the best ways to get in the water, best choices of restaurants if you wanted fish or meat. Above all even homemade cakes and sourdough bread fritters (they are amazing) for breakfast. Georgia is an absolute gem and made our trip perfect. 2) The property - pictures don’t do it justice - you are staying in a piece of history that has been sympathetically renovated. The rooms are individual and full of class. The terrace outside is a great suntrap and provides a perfect spot for breakfast. 3. The location - not a tourist hotspot, somewhere people find or tell people about but absolutely stunning and very relaxed. Good choice of restaurants within 2 minutes walk or massive choice within 2-3 minutes drive. You will not be disappointed with this property - absolutely amazing (you will not be able to stop taking pictures) and the greatest host.

Location is superb - right on the water, in the middle of the town. Georgie, the manager is completely delightful - extremely welcoming and accommodating to our requests. Breakfast on the balcony is perfect!

This is a historical building on top of the water in the center of Limeni. The building itself and the views from the rooms and the balcony around the building are out of this world. The furniture on the terasse were beautiful and a great place to sit during the morning, the afternoon and the evening with the sea right in front your feet. The rooms were good but the best part was the hospitality of Ms. Georgia, who welcomed us in such a warm way and made any breakfast we liked; a very tasty omelet with local and fresh products and was always there to help us with beach and excellent restaurant recommendations in the region. The best 'filoxenia' we had in our trip, to describe an unbeatable Greek hospitality!
