We had a wonderful experience, and the location exceeded our expectations. It’s often the case that photos don’t match reality, but here the room was even better than we anticipated. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Although there were many families with children (including us), we didn’t feel disturbed at all. The setup was perfect—there were only four rooms in total (two on each floor), which made the place feel more private and peaceful. We didn’t hear any noise from the other guests, thanks to our building’s layout. We also appreciated the flexibility the hotel showed when we couldn’t make it on the day of our booking. We arrived a day later, and they were kind enough to adjust our dates without any extra charge. Additionally, when we decided to extend our stay by one more day, the price remained the same, which we really appreciated. The staff was also very accommodating during check-out. We were able to check out at 12 AM, and despite the late hour, they answered our call promptly. Our kid had a blast at the pool! The weather was consistently sunny and over 33°C, but the pool water was always a bit chilly, especially in the evenings, making it less ideal for younger kids after sunset. A small suggestion regarding housekeeping: they changed our towels almost every day. While we understand the importance of cleanliness, we didn’t use the towels much since we were out most of the day. A cleaning every 2-3 days might suffice, as daily cleaning felt a bit excessive. Also, we kept the blinds down to block the sun and avoid using the AC when we returned. However, the cleaners would always lift them, letting the sun heat up the room, which made it uncomfortable when we got back. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely return!
