The standout quality of this hotel was the amazing staff. Every single person we came across was super friendly and helpful. We were there for a very emotional family occasion and all the staff were so kind and empathetic. A big shout out to lovely Heike who looked after us so well at breakfast and was such a kind and caring person.The hotel is modern, spotless , comfortable and very friendly with great breakfasts..what more could one ask for .
